So'o Tau au means shoulder to shoulder and it also means that if someone is feeling down of feeling sad you have to So'o Tau au and you have to make sure that they are feeling good and happy that you are helping them and encourage them to become who you are(brainy,kind girl)

I can means you can do anything that is good for your education.

You can means you can do it for yourself and achieve more.

We can means we can all do it all together,together as a team.

I got you back is just a saying so like if someone gets bullied someone else has your back and will have your back

Boring Similes

However, some similes have been used way too much, making them boring to read. We’re going to fix that because we’re not into boring writing.

Take a look at the boring similes on the next pages. Come up with a more interesting alternative.

Wool & Nail Art

Today for art Room 1 did Wool & Nail art for art and this is what we made on the side we had to have buddies to do this piece of art and my buddy was Ashley we worked together and we decided what we were going to do and it came out like the one on the side we thought it was quite cool but at lees we tried we enjoyed our time making this I can't wait to see what other people are doing.

Immersion Assembly

Today is the first day of term 2 and Pt England School normally does at the beginning of the term so what they do is they have assembly’s at the beginning of the term.All of the teachers had a slide each to perform in front of the whole school of what we are going to learn and do this term.

First team was team 1 and they did a slide of their favourite things like,chocolate,cats,dogs and they asked some questions about what we saw on the slide and if you get it right you get a chocolate from the teacher.

Second was Team 2 and they did Seasons and did a slideshow of them at the beach and also playing with flowers when the slide finished they came out in front and spoke about the seasons and how much they love and care about the seasons.

Third it was Team 3 and this term they will be doing art and make their own piece of artwork and I think it will be shown in front of the whole school and people are going to be happy.

Finally my favourite one is Team4 because they are making comic books and it showed a really cool slide it made everybody laugh because the group was called teacher venges because they were super heroes and they were saving their friends from the evil wolf Baxindine the teacher venges defeated the evil wolf and set their friends free they so happy to see their friends come save the day.

Team5 was interesting because their were very funny because they were having a race and Mrs Tele’a was holding Mrs Garden back and accidently whacked Mrs Garden with her fan up her nose and Mrs Garden(Hokulea) everybody was laughing because it was really really funny beginning of the term.All of the teachers had a slide each to perform in front of the whole school of what we are going to learn and do this term.

The assembly was nearly over we finished off with Mrs Noah telling us what the house colours meant.
